Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Over Yonder Farm event ticketing platform located at events.yonderfarm.com (the "Site") and your purchase of tickets to events hosted at Over Yonder Farm, operated by Over Yonder LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Bozeman, Montana.
By accessing our Site, creating an account, or completing a ticket purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase tickets.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, available at events.yonderfarm.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a ticket purchase on our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are purchasing tickets on behalf of a group, you represent that you have the authority to bind all attendees in your group to these Terms and that you will communicate these Terms to them.
2. Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are made through our secure online platform at events.yonderfarm.com. By completing a purchase you agree to the following:
Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are inclusive of any applicable fees disclosed at checkout
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.
Your purchase is complete when you receive an order confirmation email from us
We reserve the right to cancel any order placed in error and issue a full refund in that circumstance
Ticket Delivery
Tickets are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at the time of purchase
Each ticket includes a unique QR code that will be scanned for entry at the event
Tickets may be displayed on a mobile device or printed for entry
Ticket Limits
Ticket quantities are limited per event and per transaction as specified at the time of purchase
We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per person or household to ensure fair access
Resale of tickets for profit is not permitted
3. No Refund Policy
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Change of plans, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances
Illness or inability to attend
Dissatisfaction with the event
Failure to use or present your ticket at the event
Duplicate purchases made in error
We strongly encourage you to carefully review all event details — including date, time, location, menu, and any event-specific requirements — before completing your purchase.
Event Cancellation or Postponement by Over Yonder Farm
In the rare event that Over Yonder Farm must cancel or postpone an event due to circumstances within our control, we will notify all ticket holders by email and SMS (for those who have opted in) as promptly as possible and will issue a full refund to the original payment method. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees in connection with a cancelled event, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other arrangements.
In the event of cancellation or postponement due to circumstances outside our reasonable control — including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government-mandated restrictions — we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event and transfer your tickets accordingly. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a credit or refund at our discretion.
4. Event Attendance and Conduct
By purchasing a ticket and attending an Over Yonder Farm event, you agree to the following:
Entry and Identification
A valid ticket (digital or printed) with a unique ticket identifier or a scannable QR code is required for entry
We reserve the right to request valid photo identification to verify ticket ownership
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific event
Guests who arrive after the designated start time may not be admitted, depending on the event format
Conduct
All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner toward other guests, staff, and the property
We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the event, any person whose conduct we deem disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund
Guests must comply with all instructions from Over Yonder Farm staff
Over Yonder Farm is a working farm and private property. Guests must remain in designated event areas.
Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Our farm-to-table events feature menus prepared with locally sourced ingredients. While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions when notified in advance, we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.
Guests with severe food allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before purchasing tickets to confirm whether the event menu can safely accommodate their needs
We are not liable for any allergic reaction or adverse dietary event experienced at our events
Alcohol
Some Over Yonder Farm events may include wine, beer, or other alcoholic beverages. Valid government-issued photo identification confirming legal drinking age (21+) is required to consume alcohol.
We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any guest at our discretion
Guests are responsible for arranging safe transportation if they consume alcohol at our events
5. Photography and Media
Over Yonder Farm events may be photographed or filmed for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending an event, you grant Over Yonder LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your likeness in photographs or video taken at our events for marketing, social media, and promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify our staff at the beginning of the event.
Guests are welcome to take personal photographs and videos at our events for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial photography or video recording of any kind requires prior written permission from Over Yonder Farm.
6. SMS Communications
By opting in to SMS communications at checkout, you agree to receive text messages from Over Yonder Farm as described below. SMS opt-in is entirely voluntary and is not required to complete a ticket purchase.
Transactional SMS
If you opt in to transactional SMS at checkout, you consent to receive text messages from Over Yonder Farm related to events you have purchased tickets for, including order confirmations, event reminders, day-of logistics, and material event updates. Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 4 messages per event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Marketing SMS
If you separately opt in to marketing SMS at checkout, you consent to receive text messages from Over Yonder Farm about upcoming events, new event announcements, and seasonal programming. Message frequency varies, typically no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Opting Out
You may opt out of either SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages of that type will be sent to your number. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ticket purchase or event registration.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Over Yonder LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without our prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT ON OUR SITE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OVER YONDER LLC, ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SITE, YOUR ATTENDANCE AT OUR EVENTS, OR YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY US.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your ticket purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the ticket(s) giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Over Yonder LLC and its members, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Site, your attendance at our events, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gallatin County, Montana, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at the address below and provide a written description of your dispute. We will make a good faith effort to resolve the matter informally within 30 days of receiving your notice.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Changes to these Terms do not affect tickets already purchased prior to the date of the change.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Over Yonder LLC with respect to your use of our Site and purchase of tickets, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
